Lania Design Studio Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based business and consulting studio helping Australian organisations plan, brand and operate with clarity. We work with owners, directors and growing teams who want practical advice and considered design, delivered without jargon or inflated overheads.
Our Story
The studio was founded in Melbourne by practitioners who had spent years inside larger consultancies and creative agencies. Time and again we watched small and mid-sized businesses pay for elaborate reports and layered account management, only to receive recommendations that were difficult to act on.
We believed there was a better way: a lean, senior-led studio where the people you meet are the people who do the work. Lania Design Studio was established on that principle. Today we support clients across Melbourne, greater Victoria and Australia-wide, combining business consulting with brand, communication and operational design under one roof.
